Craig Brings 12 years of construction project management experience coupled with 5 years of development management experience. He holds a verifiable track record for the successful completion of numerous multimillion-dollar projects.
Proven ability to communicate well and drive teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. His educational background in Construction Management forms
a fundamental understanding of the development process from initial feasibility through to hand over.

Daniel Lim
Property Finance Manager
With over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance including 7 years in the property sector. Daniel brings expert skills in project accounting, property financing, contract administration, operations management, equity raising, programme management, and governance.
Daniel has held senior management roles as Project Finance Manager for a number of New Zealand based property developers. During this time, he has been accountable for managing numerous large scale property development projects.

The contract administration process will be defined by the type of contract that is adopted for the project. Northview are capable of acting as Representative to the Principal under NZS:3915 or acting as an Independent Engineer to the Contract under NZS3910.
Northview ensures sound independent advice is given on all matters relating to cost, timing, and execution of projects to make certain our client’s objectives are met. We believe accurate estimating is the secret to the success of any project.
