This northwest facing 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home provided a number of technical build obstacles. Due to the nature of the site the house had to be constructed from two starting points which ultimately meet in the middle – this required pinpoint accuracy from the build team and a high level of support from the consultant and management teams.
