Contract Administration
The Contract Administration Process will be defined by the type of Contract that is adopted for the project. Northview are capable of:
Acting as representative to the principal under NZS:3915 or Acting as an Independent Engineer to the Contract under NZS3910.
The scope for Contract Administration could include but is not limited to Tender Administration, Variation Administration, Project Control Group attendance and reporting.
The package may be tailored to suit the requirements of each project. Core services may include the processing of Payment Claims & Certificates, Preparation of Contract Documents, Coordination of Legal reviews, agreeing Commissioning and Testing Procedures, Procurement of Producer Statements and Issuing Schedules and Final Certificates.
Once the scope of works has been established, a definitive services package can presented.
